• Accolade confirms CEO of the Vulnerability Registration Service one of the most influential people in data

Helen will be joining the 2022 edition of the prestigious DataIQ 100 – the only fully-curated power list of chief data officers, chief analytics officers, data scientists, data governance experts and the leaders of key vendors and service providers.

Helen was selected for her commitment to changing the way society’s most vulnerable people are treated by the organisations that have a duty of care towards them, through data sharing and the use of data for better identification of vulnerability.

She has been the driving force behind the organisation’s work with both regulators and organisations in different sectors, including banking, financial services, mobile phone providers, utilities, housing and local government, to engage and encourage the sharing of data on vulnerable people. She has also led the creation of unique partnerships with organisations such as the Illegal Money Lending Team, to help protect people who have become victims of loan sharks. This is data that no one else holds.

The Vulnerability Registration Service’s presence, relevance and impact has been growing significantly as a result and the organisation is rapidly gaining recognition as a disruptor in this space.
