She has wide ranging commercial experience having led brand and marketing teams, customer experience, journey management and proposition design as well as working with many cross industry networks and partnerships to create unique to market offerings that truly support customers. Natalie’s experience means she brings a depth of knowledge of the banking challenges from a customers’ perspective and champions the role that all financial services and utilities must play to support all areas of society, especially in a growing digital landscape.
