Vulnerability Registration Service is a vehicle to enable customers to highlight their circumstances once, regardless of the organisation they are dealing with. We have worked with Healthy Home Solutions and Data On Demand to start to support customers to access support available to them by using only one channel – including registration on the Priority Services Register, free carbon monoxide monitors, first-time central heating for vulnerable homes, grants eligibility, broadband social tariffs.
